All Kempadoo Millar flat caps are hand cut and hand made, for these items and all others ordered online please allow between 1-5 working days from order for delivery. However we do hold most items in stock, if you would like to see if your item can be delivered more quickly or next day please call email sales@kempadoo.com. We use Royal Mail First Class and Special Delivery.

European & Worldwide Delivery
All Kempadoo Millar flat caps are hand cut and hand made, for these items and all others ordered online please allow 5-10 working days from order for delivery. However we do hold certain items in stock, if you would like to see if your item can be delivered more quickly or next day please call Kempadoo Millar on 07598040033 or sales@kempadoo.com. We use Royal Mail, Special Delivery or UPS for overseas orders.

Returns & Replacements

If you are unhappy with your flat cap in any way we will refund or exchange the garment if it is returned unworn within our returns period of 28 days.

Please return to: KM HEADWEAR, 25 NORMAN ROW, KIRKSTALL, LEEDS, WEST YORKSHIRE, LS5 3JL with the paperwork and either a request to refund or exchange.

Faulty items

Wrong item
In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.
